Some people have complained about this, but there is no minimum 
requirement to be an OpenURL resolver, except possibly that an 
OpenURL resolver should not report a horrible error when sent a valid 
OpenURL.

For example, it seems your website is an openURL "resolver", albeit 
not a useful one.
